I thought I would supply some links that concerned members of the public, teachers and parents can check out. Many of these links refer to the CAN-BIKE cycling safety and skills programs. In the Provincial category below the 2^nd and 3^rd links demonstrate that the Ministry of Education and ICBC both advocate/recommend cycling safety programs.
